Manage Serial Number Manager Notification Settings
Overview

Hover over Application Settings on the drop-down in the top right of any screen, and then select Serial Number Manager.

Enable email notifications to receive updates about events that occur in the Serial Number Manager app.
Serial Number Manager notifications help track the replenishment of serial numbers from systems other than TraceLink.
Getting Started

Any user with access to their company’s Serial Number Manager app can use this screen.

Email Notifications

- If My Role in the Service Is... – Indicates whether the notification is for a user at the Owner or a Partner.
- For Templates With... – Templates define how serial numbers are created (e.g. randomized, sequential, number of digits).
- Notify Me When... – The event in the app that prompts the email notification.

- Select the checkbox in the third column for the desired Notify Me When....
- Select .
The Serial Number Manager settings are now saved.

TraceLink sends notification email for each designated event. See examples below.

This is a Quantity of available serial numbers reaches minimum threshold notification example:
