Monitor crypto codes
Russia BAFS Crypto Codes Owners can view their company's orders for crypto codes (i.e. encrypted identification numbers) and gain visibility into the movement of crypto codes into TraceLink. The app displays the status of the crypto code orders:
- With the OMS in Russia if the company uses TraceLink to generate serial numbers.
- With the external system if the company receives serial numbers from an external system (e.g. a CMO that receives serial numbers from their MAH, an MAH that uses an external serial number manager).
Filter and view crypto code orders

Hover over Russia BAFS Crypto Codes from the drop-down.

field – The time period when the crypto code order was placed:

field – Crypto code orders placed on or after this date. Default value is 7 days before the current date.

field – Crypto code orders placed on or before this date. Default value is the current date.

field – The GTIN packaging code of the serial numbers that the crypto codes are associated with.

field – The name or identifier of the entity or location that requested the crypto codes.

field – The identifier of the crypto code order, generated by the OMS. Only companies that use TraceLink to generate serial numbers have in Russia BAFS Crypto Codes.
OMS – The OMS.
MAH – A company on the TraceLink network (e.g. an MAH that provides serial numbers and crypto codes to their CMO).
drop-down – The organization that TraceLink receives the crypto codes from:-
MAH.
field – The company on the TraceLink network that provides the serial numbers and crypto codes. Enabled only if isCompanies that use an external serial number manager to generate serial numbers and request crypto codes enter their company's name in this field.

Date – The date that the crypto code order was placed.

Order ID – The identifier of the crypto code order, generated by the OMS. Only companies that use TraceLink to generate serial numbers have in Russia BAFS Crypto Codes.

GTIN – The GTIN packaging code of the serial numbers that the crypto codes are associated with.

Description – A description of the product that the crypto codes are for, sourced from Product Master Data.

Requested By – The name of the entity or location that requested the crypto codes.

Provided By – The organization that TraceLink receives the crypto codes from. Possible values are OMS and the names of companies on the TraceLink network.
Companies that use an external serial number manager to generate serial numbers and request crypto codes can search for the name of their company.
- Quantity – The quantity of crypto codes in the order.
- Status – The status of the crypto code order:
- Submitted – The request for crypto codes has been submitted to the OMS.
- Fulfilled – TraceLink has received the crypto codes.
- Error – An issue occurred after submitting the crypto code request to the OMS.
Companies that receive serial numbers and crypto codes from an external system (e.g. a CMO that receives serial numbers from their MAH, or an MAH that uses an external serial number manager) see orders with the Fulfilled Status only.

Tips

Select the Download Order
icon in the Actions column for orders with a Status of Fulfilled to download serial numbers and their associated crypto codes as a CSV file. The downloaded file contains 2 columns. The first column displays the serial numbers, formatted as 01[GTIN]21[Serial Number], and the second column displays the crypto keys and crypto codes, formatted as 91[Crypto Key]92[Crypto Code].

Select the Download Order
icon in the Actions column for orders with a Status of Error to download the errors raised by TraceLink as a text file.
