313 - Register Product Emission
Russia Compliance owners generate the 313 - Register Product Emission report to capture information about serialized items that are manufactured and released in Russia.
Configuring the report
- Hover over on the User Profile in the top right of any screen, and then select Workflow.
- Select the Generate 313 - Register Product Emission Report checkbox for the Product Status Set to Released workflow .
- Select in the top left of the screen, above the results table.
The screen refreshes, and the workflow is enabled.
The Russia Compliance application generates the 313 - Register Product Emission report when TraceLink processes a Product Status Set to Released event and the following conditions are met in the interface where the event occurred:
- The products have a of GTIN-14 with a (unit of measure) of Each.
- The products have a of Russia.
- The commission location is Russia.
- The product release is completed by the company that physically manufactured the product.
- In Product Master Data, the products must:
- Have a PackagingCodeType of
GTIN-14with a PackagingUOM (unit of measure) ofeach. - Have a TargetMarket of
RU.
- Have a PackagingCodeType of
- The commission location is Russia.
- The product release is completed by the company that physically manufactured the product.

Generating the report
The product release must be completed by the company that physically manufactured the product.
- Hover over , and then select Serialized Operations Manager.
- Expand the drop-down, and then select Set Product Release Status.
- Select the manufacturing location that provisioned the serial numbers from the drop-down in the upper right.
- Enter the product's GTIN in the field.
The product must have a commission location of Russia. - Enter the associated with the GTIN, which identifies the serial numbers to be released.
- Enter the identifier of the company or location testing the quality of the product in the field, as entered in Product Master Data (optional).

- Specify a State Confirmation document:
- Select State Confirmation Number as the .
- Enter the of the State Confirmation document.
- Enter the printed on the State Confirmation document (optional if a is specified for a Civil Circulation document).

in the Transaction IDs table header. Specify a quality inspection document from the drop-down, which is used to certify that the product conforms to Russian legal, safety, and quality requirements.

The screen refreshes, and TraceLink begins processing the product release. A notification displays at the top of the screen when the product release completes.
Compliance report details
- Report Date – The date and time that the report generated.
- Report ID – The report's MDLP document ID.
- Report Type – 313 - Register Product Emission.
