Integrate existing enterprise systems with TraceLink Compliance Reporting messages.
 

This API Guide contains information to assist in integrating TraceLink Customers' existing enterprise systems with TraceLink Compliance Reporting messages. TraceLink Compliance Reporting applications (e.g. South Korea, Brazil, or EU) are used to support regulatory reporting requirements for manufacturers and wholesale distributors. The TraceLink Network has the ability to create Compliance Reports in a government-defined format (varies by country) and to transmit and/or receive the regulatory data to/from a designated government entity.

TraceLink does not offer asynchronous messages for the actual Compliance Reports due to the rapid-changing nature of government-driven requirements and schema changes. However, the data that is sent into TraceLink to fulfill compliance requirements may be used to generate other outbound messages, which are used to communicate data to a customer's enterprise system or to their trade partners.

This document is intended for use by IT professionals who are TraceLink Customers setting up Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system integration with one or more of TraceLink’s applications. The information in this guide is specifically directed at IT professionals who are tasked with setting up system integration that supports asynchronous Compliance Reporting messages.
