Export and Download Data

Select Export & Download on the View Partner Master Data screen.

• Download previously exported CSV files containing information about one or more Partners in Master Data Exchange.

  Once downloaded, this information can be shared (e.g. with business partners, regulatory agencies, production facilities).

• Access the Create Data File screen to create a new export of Partner Master Data.

• Created On or After – Only exports created on or after the date selected return in the results table. Defaults to 14 days prior to the current date.
• Created On or Before – Only exports created on or before the date selected return in the results table. Defaults to the current date.

• Date Created – The date that the export file was created.
• File Name – The name of the file.
• File Size – The size of the file.

• Select Create Data File.

  The Create Data File screen displays.

• Select the link in the File Name column.

  The file downloads.
