How to Navigate to this Screen
                                                                Select the Company Members  icon in the Actions column on the Applications screen.

 Why Use this Screen
Why Use this Screen
                                                                - Manage the users that have access or are pending access to their company's application. For example:- Invite users to join the app.
- Resend a Link invitation as a reminder.
- Cancel a Link invitation sent to a user who should not have access to the app.
- Revoke a user's access to the app.
- Update a user's role within Change Management to make them either a Member or Change Owner. (Make the user a Change Owner if they need to edit changes, and make the user a Member if they should have view-only access.)
 
- Download the list of users to a CSV file for future reference.

                                                                - – The name of the user within the company that is linked to the app.

- Description – The Owner's description of the app (displays as -- if the Owner did not enter a description).

                                                                - Status – The status of the user.  (Active) – The user accepted the Link invitation for the app. (Active) – The user accepted the Link invitation for the app.
 (Inactive) – The user has been removed as a user within the app. (Inactive) – The user has been removed as a user within the app.
 (Invited) – The user received the Link invitation for the app but has not responded yet. (Invited) – The user received the Link invitation for the app but has not responded yet.
 
- User Name – The full name of the user.
- Role – The user's role within the app. - Manager – The user is the Manager of the app for the company.
- Member – The user has access to the app as a member of the company.
 
- Email – The email address of the user.
- Last Login – The last time the user logged in to TraceLink.
- Last App Access – The last time the user accessed the app.  Only available for Change Management and Supplier Issue Tracking. -- displays for all other apps. Only available for Change Management and Supplier Issue Tracking. -- displays for all other apps.
