Event Triggers

South Korea Compliance app Company Administrators configure workflows to generate based off certain events that occur within TraceLink. When these events are triggered:

  1. TraceLink generates the South Korea message directly to the South Korea Compliance app.
  2. The South Korea Compliance app then delivers the message directly to KPIS.

If the South Korea Compliance app fails to generate the report due to insufficient data, an Info Exchange error generates in the South Korea Compliance app and email alerts will be sent to users who have opted in to receive them.

Select the report types below to view the conditions that must be met for the events to trigger a report.

Event Event Description Conditions
 Product Shipped or ESM Product Shipped  Generate South Korea Sales Shipment Master and Serial Number Reports
  • A SOM_SALES_SHIPMENT message, a SOM_SHIPMENT_EVENT_IB message, a Serialized Operations Manager UI Shipment, the Serialized Operations Manager UpdateOrderShipment API message, or SOM_ESM_SHIPMENT message has been processed by TraceLink.
  • Ship To Country Code is set to "South Korea".
  • A To Business name and identifier are present in the shipment or in Partner Master Data.
  • Sales Distribution Type is "Export Sale" or "In Country Sale".
  • Supply Type is one of the following:
    • Donation
    • Military Distribution
    • Patient Distribution
    • Medical Care Distribution
    • Pharmaceuticals Provider Distribution
    • Special Medical Care Distribution
    • Safety & Life Reserve Distribution
    • Sample Distribution

Product Returned ESM Product Returned Generate South Korea Return Receipt Master and Serial Number Reports
  • A SOM_SALES_RECEIPT message, a SOM_RECEIPT_EVENT_IB message, a Serialized Operations Manager UI Receipt, the Serialized Operations Manager UpdateOrderReceipt API message, or SOM_ESM_RECEIVE message has been processed by TraceLink.
  • Ship To Country Code is set to "South Korea".
  • A To Business name and identifier are present in the shipment or in Partner Master Data.
  • Sales Distribution Type is "Export Sale" or "In Country Sale".
  • Supply Type is one of the following:
    • Donation
    • Military Distribution
    • Patient Distribution
    • Medical Care Distribution
    • Pharmaceuticals Provider Distribution
    • Special Medical Care Distribution
    • Safety & Life Reserve Distribution

Product Decommissioned or ESM Product Decommissioned Generate South Korea Decommission Master and Serial Number Reports
  • A SOM_DECOMMISSION_EVENT_IB message, Serialized Operations Manager UI Decommission, the Serialized Operations Manager Decommission API message, or SOM_ESM_DECOMMISSION message has been processed by TraceLink. 
  • Serialized items associated with the packaging item code that have a Country Market Code set to "South Korea".
  • Serial number was previously reported in a South Korea Sales Shipment Master and Sales Shipment Serial Number report, or a Return Receipt Master and Return Receipt Serial Number Report.
Product Destroyed or ESM Product Destroyed Generate South Korea Decommission Master and Serial Number Reports
  • A SOM_DESTROY_EVENT_IB message, Serialized Operations Manager UI Destroy message, the Serialized Operations Manager Destroy API message, or SOM_ESM_DESTROY message has been processed by TraceLink.
  • Serialized items associated with the packaging item code that have a Country Market Code set to "South Korea".

  • Serial number was previously reported in a South Korea Sales Shipment Master and Sales Shipment Serial Number report (received as wholesaler), or a Return Receipt Master and Return Receipt Serial Number Report (returned back from customer).
Product Shipped or ESM Product Shipped Generate South Korea Decommission Master and Serial Number Reports
  • A SOM_SALES_SHIPMENT message, the Serialized Operations Manager UpdateOrderShipment API message, or SOM_ESM_SHIPMENT message has been processed by TraceLink.
  • Serialized items associated with the packaging item code that have a Country Market Code set to "South Korea".

  • A delivery was previously reported in a South Korea Sales Shipment report, with the shipment status as Submitted and a supply type of Destruction Distributed.

Shipment Cancelled or ESM Shipment Cancelled Generate South Korea Cancel Shipment Master and Serial Number Reports
  • A SOM_VOID_SHIPMENT message, Serialized Operations Manager UI Void Shipment, the Serialized Operations Manager Void Shipment API message, or SOM_ESM_VOID_SHIPMENT message has been processed by TraceLink.
  • Order is set to "Cancelled".
  • A delivery was previously reported in a South Korea Sales Shipment report.

  • A SOM_SALES_SHIPMENT message, SOM_SHIPMENT_EVENT_IB message, Serialized Operations Manager UI Shipment message, the Serialized Operations Manager UpdateOrderShipment API message, or SOM_ESM_SHIPMENT message has been processed by TraceLink.
  • Ship to Country Code set to "South Korea".
  • Shipment is set as a "Corrective Shipment".
  • A delivery was previously reported in a South Korea Sales Shipment report.
