Search Workflows

- Hover over Workflow. on the User Profile drop-down in the top right of any screen, and then select
- Fill in one or more of the following search fields:
- – Only events from the specific app selected return in the results table.
- – Only events that trigger actions in the specific app selected return in the results table.
- All
- Enabled – Events that have the check-box selected.
- Disabled – Events that do not have check-box selected
– Only events with the status selected return in the results table.– When selected, only events that have a configured recipient list return in the results table.
Displays instead of the sender configuration for the workflows that support a list of recipients instead of a list of senders.

Enable an Event Workflow

- Select the checkbox in the table for each to enable.

Upload an Event Workflow's Recipient List or Sender List

- Hover over Workflow. on the User Profile drop-down in the top right of any screen, and then select
- Search for the workflow to enable.
- Select the
Only workflows with either of the following support recipient list or sender list configuration:
- A System Type of MAH Workflow, CMO Workflow, or 3PL Workflow.
- A Recipient System of Ship To Party.

Manually Add a Company to an Event Workflow's Recipient List or Sender List

Remove an Event Workflow's Configured Recipient List or Sender List

Removing the current configuration list resets the workflow recipient or sender configuration and TraceLink delivers messages to all applicable recipients or senders.

icon in the Actions column of the configurable workflow.

- Select Remove List from the radio buttons to remove a workflow's configured recipient list or sender list.
