TT GIS Credentials
Overview

Select the TT GIS Credentials tab on the Publish New Service or the Configure Published Service Settings screen.

Configure the credentials that companies and locations use to authenticate to Track & Trace Government Information System (TT GIS) when submitting Russia Biologically Active Food Supplements (BAFS) Compliance reports and downloading notifications that TT GIS generates.
TT GIS Credentials

- Status – The status of the credentials with TT GIS:
- Pending Verification – The credentials are added in TraceLink, but have not yet been verified by TT GIS.
- Verified – TT GIS verified the credentials successfully.
- Verification Failed – TT GIS was unable to verify the credentials.

This value must match the entered in Product Master Data for each product with a target market of Russia and a of Imported. Enter the identifier value only, omitting the identifier type (e.g. GLN).
– Identifies the MAH that the credentials are assigned to. Select the ID type from the drop-down field, and enter the identifier value in the text field.

To update an existing credential, remove the row from the table, select , and then return to this tab to enter the updated information.

Users cannot select until all tabs on the Publish New Service or Configure Published Service Settings screen have been completed.
The Manage Services screen displays, and TraceLink activates the application.

This value must match the ID type selected in the OMS Credentials tab.
This value must match the identifier value entered in the OMS Credentials tab.

TT GIS requires to have a digital certificate available on the TraceLink server in Russia. Administrators upload digital certificates with the Digital Certificate Upload REST API, which uses a security token that the Administrator generates in the Web UI.

.The Token for Credentials dialog box displays with the security token used to upload the digital certificate.
The security token is valid for 30 minutes after generation.
