View previous verifications
Generate a report to view previous verification requests. Producers can see requests made against their products or previous requests they have made. Consumers can see only the previous requests they have made.

See the information that displays in the table for each report:
- Date Generated – The date that TraceLink generated the report.
- Requester – The person who requested the report.
- Date Range Start – The beginning of the date range for verification requests included in the report.
- Date Range End – The end of the date range for the verification requests included in the report.
- Verification Response – The report includes verification requests that received this response:
- All
- Invalid – The serial number (including the packaging code, lot, and expiration date) did not match one of the Producer's serial numbers.
- Valid – The serial number (including the packaging code, lot, and expiration date) successfully matches one of the Producer's serial numbers.
- File – A link that downloads the CSV report when selected.
Tips
- To download the report after it generates, select the link in the File column.
CSV report details

- inNetworkVerification – Indicates whether TraceLink or an external Verification Router Service (VRS) responded to the verification request:
- true – TraceLink responded to the verification request.
- false – Another VRS responded to the verification request.
- verificationRequestLinkType – Displays as verificationService if the request came from an external VRS or TraceLink routed the request to an external VRS.
- verificationRequestContextType – Displays as dscsaSaleableReturn if the request came from an external VRS or TraceLink routed the request to an external VRS.
- verificationRequestDateTime – The date and time that the company made the verification request.
- verificationRequestReqGLN – The GLN of the company that made the verification request.
- verificationRequestCorrUUID – The Correlation Universal Unique Identifier (UUID) associated with the request. TraceLink generates this identifier for requests sent to an external VRS. Also displays a value if an external VRS sends the request to TraceLink, or a Product Information Manager (Product Verification) Consumer sends their own identifier with the request.
- verificationRequestPackagingCodeType – The packaging code type from the verification request.
- verificationRequestPackagingCode – The packaging code value from the verification request.
- verificationRequestSerialNumber – The serial number from the verification request.
- verificationRequestLot – The lot or batch from the verification request.
- verificationRequestExpirationDate – The expiration date from the verification request.
- verificationResponseDateTime – The date and time that the Producer responded to the verification request.
- verificationResponseResult – Indicates whether the Producer verified the product's legitimacy:
- valid – The serial number (including the packaging code, lot, and expiration date) successfully matches one of the Producer's serial numbers.
- invalid – The serial number (including the packaging code, lot, and expiration date) did not match one of the Producer's serial numbers.
- verificationResponseVerificationFailureReason – The reason that the verification failed. Displays a value only if the verificationResponseResult is invalid:
- No_match_GTIN_Serial – The serial number in the request did not match.
- No_match_GTIN_Serial_Lot_Expiry – The lot and expiration date did not match.
- No_match_GTIN_Serial_Lot –The lot or batch number did not match.
- No_match_GTIN_Serial_Expiry – The expiration date did not match.
- No_reason_provided – The Producer did not provide any information about why the verification is invalid.
- Not_for_re-distribution – The serial number information matches, but the Producer has indicated that the product is suspect and not fit for distribution to the downstream supply chain.
- Manufacturer_policy – The serial number information matches, but the Producer chooses to indicate that the product is invalid and not fit for distribution because of an internal policy (e.g. recalled product, expired product).
- verificationResponseAdditionalInfo – Displays as Expired if the product is past its expiration date, Recalled if the Producer reported the product as recalled, or Suspect if the Producer marked the product as suspect.
- verificationResponseRespGLN – The GLN of the Producer that responded to the verification request.
If the verificationRequestReqGLN and verificationResponseRespGLN match, the company issued an internal verification request.
- verificationResponseCorUUID – The Correlation Universal Unique Identifier (UUID) associated with the request. TraceLink generates this identifier for requests sent to an external VRS. Also displays a value if an external VRS sends the request to TraceLink, or a Product Information Manager (Product Verification) Consumer sends their own identifier with the request.
- pimPVPackagingCodeType – The packaging code type stored in the Product Information Manager (Product Verification) repository that TraceLink verified the request against (displays a value only if TraceLink responded to the request).
- pimPVPackagingCode – The packaging code value stored in the Product Information Manager (Product Verification) repository that TraceLink verified the request against (displays a value only if TraceLink responded to the request).
- pimPVSerialNumber – The serial number stored in the Product Information Manager (Product Verification) repository that TraceLink verified the request against (displays a value only if TraceLink responded to the request and verificationRequestSerialNumber is the same as pimPVSerialNumber).
- pimPVLot – The lot or batch number stored in the Product Information Manager (Product Verification) repository that TraceLink verified the request against (displays a value only if TraceLink responded to the request and verificationRequestSerialNumber is the same as pimPVSerialNumber).
- pimPVExpirationDate – The expiration date stored in the Product Information Manager (Product Verification) repository that TraceLink verified the request against (displays a value only if TraceLink responded to the request and verificationRequestSerialNumber is the same as pimPVSerialNumber).
- pimPVSerialNumberStatus – The current serialization state of the serial number stored in the Product Information Manager (Product Verification) repository that TraceLink verified the request against (displays a value only if TraceLink responded to the request and verificationRequestSerialNumber is the same as pimPVSerialNumber):
- COMMISSIONED – The serial number is associated with a particular product and lot number.
- DECOMMISSIONED – The serial number is no longer associated with a particular product and lot number.
- DESTROYED – The serial number is terminated. Destroyed serial numbers cannot be re-commissioned.
- REGISTERED – The serial number has been registered.
- RESERVED – An assignment of the serial number's packaging location.
- UNRESERVED – The removal of the serial number's packaging location assignment.
- pimPVItemStatus – The state of the product associated with the serial number stored in the Product Information Manager (Product Verification) repository that TraceLink verified the request against (displays a value only if TraceLink responded to the request and verificationRequestSerialNumber is the same as pimPVSerialNumber):
- AVAILABLE – Item is available for picking.
- BLOCKED – Item is unavailable for picking.
- PENDING_RECEIPT – The transfer of ownership is in an interim state because the shipment awaits receipt confirmation at the receiving location.
- PICKED – There is an item reservation against a specific outbound delivery indicating item picking is complete.
- RECEIVED – There is an item reservation against a specific outbound delivery indicating items are received.
- SHIPPED – The transfer of ownership is in an interim state, as the shipment is en route to the receiving location.
- UNDER_INVESTIGATION – The item is quarantined or in a holding state due to a product investigation. The serial number cannot be included in a sales shipment.
- pimPVAttribute – The reason code associated with the serial number stored in the Product Information Manager (Product Verification) repository that TraceLink verified the request against (displays a value only if TraceLink responded to the request and verificationRequestSerialNumber is the same as pimPVSerialNumber):
- DAMAGED – The product is damaged.
- RECALLED – The product is recalled by the Pharmaceutical Manufacturer.
- MISPLACED – The product is missing.
- DISPOSED – The product is disposed of.
- SAMPLED – The product is sampled for quality testing.
- EXPIRED – The product reached its expiration date.
- DISPENSED – The product is dispensed.
- QUALITY_RELEASED – The product's quality inspection is complete and it is fit for sale.
- checkExpirationDay – Indicates whether the Producer verifies the day in the expiration date, in addition to the month and year:
- true – The expiration date in the request must match the day, month, and year of the Producer's expiration date at the time of this request.
- false – The expiration date in the request must match only the month and year of the Producer's expiration date at the time of this request.
- sendExpirationStatus – Indicates whether the Producer chooses to specify that the product is expired in the verification response:
- true – Verification responses for expired product indicate that the product is past its expiration date at the time of this request.
- false – Verification responses do not indicate when a product is expired at the time of this request.
- validIfExpired – Indicates whether the producer chooses to indicate expired product as valid:
- true – Verification responses for expired product return as Verified Product – Product Expired at the time of this request.
- false – Verification responses for expired product return as Invalid Product – Product Expired at the time of this request.
- sendRecalledStatus – Indicates whether the Producer chooses to specify that product is recalled in the verification response:
- true – Verification responses for product marked as recalled indicate that the product has been recalled by the Producer at the time of this request.
- false – Verification responses do not indicate when a product is recalled at the time of this request.
- validIfRecalled – Indicates whether the Producer chooses to indicate recalled product as valid:
- true – Verification responses for recalled product return as Verified Product – Product Recalled at the time of this request.
- false – Verification responses for recalled product return as Invalid Product – Product Recalled at the time of this request.
- sendFailureReason – Indicates whether the Producer chooses to provide the reason the verification is invalid in the response:
- true – Invalid verifications responses provide the reason for the failure at the time of this request.
- false – Invalid verification responses do not provide the reason for failure at the time of this request.
- statusesForSuspectProduct – Indicates which serial number statuses and item statuses the Producer uses to mark product as suspect. Can contain one or more of the following:
- DECOMMISSIONED – Product with a Serial Number Status of Decommissioned are marked as suspect at the time of this request.
- DESTROYED – Product with a Serial Number Status of Destroyed are marked as suspect at the time of this request.
- UNDER_INVESTIGATION – Product with an Item Status of Under Investigation are marked as suspect at the time of this request.
- sendSuspectStatus – Indicates whether the Producer chooses to specify that the product is suspect and not fit for distribution:
- true – Verification responses for product marked as suspect indicate that the product has been marked as suspect by the Producer at the time of this request.
- false – Verification responses do not indicate when a product is marked as suspect at the time of this request.

- verificationRequestLinkType – Displays as verificationService if the request came from an external VRS or TraceLink routed the request to an external VRS.
