Sites Manager
Overview

- Select from the Management landing page.
- Expand the Sites Manager. Navigation in the header of any screen, and select

Add sites to make them available in the Change Management app, and edit the settings that determine:
- The sites' contacts (up to 5 per site).
- The sites' display order in the drop-down on the View Changes screen.
- The site information that displays on the Product Details screen.
[Owner] - [App Name] (Change Management)

- – The name of the company's site.
At least one contact is required. Users populate from the Owner's company users.
– The user acting as the contact for the site.

- – Display order in the drop-down in Change Management. Numeric value represents the .
- – Enables the site as the default for all search and site field options within Change Management.
- Enabled – (default) The site is active.
- Disabled – The site is not active.
– Determines whether the site is active.
Available Actions

- Select
in the header of the table.
A new row displays.
- Enter a in the text field.
- Enter the display in the text field.
- Select the checkbox, if applicable.
- Enter a in the type-ahead field.
- Select the Add
icon in the Contacts column to add another .

The screen reloads, and TraceLink saves the updates sites and contacts.

Add up to 5 contacts to a Site.

icon in the Contacts column for an existing .

If the Site only has one , the cannot be deleted.
- Select the Remove
icon next to the field.
