Partner Reports
Overview

- Select from the Management landing page.
- Expand the Partner Reports. Navigation in the header of any screen, and select

Generate and download reports about Trade Partners to view their company information (e.g. company name, Manager email), identifiers (e.g. GLN), and service configuration parameters.
Reports include data about Trade Partners by application (generate one report for each application).
Getting Started

- Partner Reports – This file contains information about each partner in the service and their service configuration parameters.
- Partner Identifiers Reports – This file contains the identifiers each partner uses in the service.

If the app is not configured correctly, Partner Reports will not be generated.
- Select on the Company Administration > Services screen for the app that the company owns.
- Select the drop-down in the section.
- Enter the in the type ahead field in the section.
- Select the drop-down in the section.

The Manage Services screen displays, and the updated configuration is saved.
Search Criteria

- – Defaults to one week prior to the current GMT date.
- – Defaults to the current GMT date.
– Indicates when a user requested the report. - All (default)
- Partner Report – A report that contains information about each Partner in the app and their app configuration parameters.
- Partner Identifiers Report – A report that contains the identifiers used by each Partner in the app.
Results Table

- Date Created – The date and time the report was created.
- Report Type
- Partner Report – A report that contains information about each Partner in the app and their app configuration parameters.
- Partner Identifiers Report – A report that contains the identifiers used by each Partner in the app.
- File Name – The name of the CSV file containing the Partner Report.
- File Size – The size of the CSV file containing the report.

Request Report Dialog Box

Only apps that the company owns and for which the user is a Manager displays.
– The app for which the report files generate.

- – Filter reports to only include information for Partners that link, or were invited to link, to the selected app on or after this particular time period.
- – Filter reports to only include information for Partners that link, or were invited to link, to the selected app on or before this particular time period.

- Active – Partner is active.
- Cancelled – Either the Owner or the Partner has canceled the Link Request.
- Invitation Pending – User has not yet accepted the Owner's invitation to become a Partner.
- Request Pending – Owner has not yet accepted the TraceLink Member's request to become a Partner.
– Filter reports to only include information for Partners with one of the selected statuses.

The results display in the table.

- Select the link in the File Name column of the results table.
Reports download in CSV format. See Export to CSV for more information.


- CompanyName – The Partner's company name.
- LocationName – The location, if any, of the Partner.
- ReceiverIdType – ID type set by Partner to address an API message.
- ReceiverIdValue – ID value set by Partner to address an API message.
- UploadedServiceAdminEmail – If this Link was set up by a file upload, this is the initial Partner Manager's email address.
- Status – The status of the Link to the Partner entity.
- Active – The Partner entity accepted the Link invitation for the app.
- Invitation Pending – The Partner entity has not responded to the Link invitation yet.
- DateSubscribedOrInvited – The date that the Partner accepted the Link invitation (for Active Partners), or the date that the Owner invited the Partner to establish a Link to the app (for Invited Partners).
- UserAccountStatus – The user's account status.
- Configured – The user is currently a TraceLink Member.
- Not Configured – The Partner company has been requested to link but has not yet become a TraceLink Member.
- LastLogin – Last login instance of the Partner company or location.
- LastLoginUser – Most recent user from the Partner company or location to log into the app.
- AS2_Configured – Indicates API messages between the Partner and the Owner are delivered using AS2 Configurations.
- SFTP_Configured – Indicates API messages between the Partner and the Owner are delivered using SFTP Configurations.
- HTTP_Post_Configured – Indicates API messages between the Partner and the Owner are delivered using HTTP Configurations.
- SOAP_Configured – Indicates API messages between the Partner and the Owner are delivered using SOAP Configurations.
- OutboundTxnType1 – The name of the message that the Owner and the Partner exchange.
- OBTxnDeliveryEnabled1 – Tells the user whether or not the Partner company is configured to have messages auto-delivered.
- OBTxnMapName1 – The name of the file that translates information from TraceLink terms to Partner terms.

The Request Report dialog box displays.

The dialog box closes, and TraceLink begins asynchronously generating the report. Users receive an email notification when the report is ready to download.
