Material Purchase Order Confirmation Errors (.csv)

The following errors may be encountered with the Material Purchase Order Confirmation message:

Data Element	Error Message	Description
Class 1 Errors
CustomerMaterialNumber	Missing Customer Material Number !!!	The error occurs if the required source is missing or null.
TotalQuantityUnitOfMeasure	Quantity Ordered has an Invalid Unit of Measure.	The error occurs if the source is empty or null, or is not a valid value from the enumeration list.
	Quantity Ordered has no Unit of Measure.	The error occurs if the required source is missing or null.
NetWeightUnitOfMeasure	Item Net Weight has an Invalid Unit of Measure.	The error occurs if the source is empty or null, or is not a valid value from the enumeration list.
	Item Net Weight has no Unit of Measure.	The error occurs if the required source is missing or null.
ScheduledDeliveryUnitOfMeasure	Scheduled Delivery Quantity has an Invalid Unit of Measure.	The error occurs if the source is empty or null, or is not a valid value from the enumeration list.
	Scheduled Delivery Quantity has no Unit of Measure.	The error occurs if the required source is missing or null.
Class 2 Errors
Authentication | authid	auth ID is required, must be a company admin for the PL<plid>.	The error occurs if the source is empty or null.
Company ID	Company ID was unexpectedly empty.	The error occurs if the source is empty or null.
File Control Number	File <inFilename> is a potential duplicate match with file <origFilename> sent from <origCompanyname> received on <origFileDate>, based on both files having the same File Control Number <FileControlNumber>.	The error occurs if the file is a duplicate.
ProcessLink Id | plid	Process Link ID is required.	The error occurs if the source is empty or null.
Purchase Order Line | pol	PO Line Does not exist: <poline>.	The error occurs if the required source is missing or null.
Purchase Order Number | ponum	PO Does not exist: <ponum>.	The error occurs if the required source is missing or null.
Class 3 Errors
The following is thrown for all Class 3 errors: “INTERNALERROR=Internal error from server [server details].” Please contact Support if this error is encountered.
