Partner Master Data Inbound Overview (XML)
The Partner Master Data asynchronous message captures the full master data record for a partner company, provides a single master data schema across all global requirements, and must be configured for each partner company. The ability to provide data for each trade partner company in a single message is available in this message. When providing updates to existing partner company master data, a full master data dump is not required. Only the company master data records for partners whose company master data has changed need to be submitted. However, when submitting a change record, the entire partner company record should be submitted. The partner locations do not need to be resubmitted unless those individual records have changed. Partner Master Data also captures country-specific identifiers (e.g. CUIT, CNPJ, DEA, GLN), licenses, regulatory contacts, and address information. When populating Master Data, partner companies need to only provide what is required by the country in which they operate.
