Manage Receipts

Overview

Select Manage Receipts from the Go To drop-down in the top-right.

Search Criteria

  • NDC – Only receipts including products with this NDC return in the results table.
  • Ship Date On Or After – Only receipts that occurred on or after this date return in the results table.

    Defaults to the current GMT date.

  • Ship Date On Or Before – Only receipts that occurred on or before this date return in the results table.

    Defaults to the current GMT date.

  • Status – Indicates whether the results include pending receipts or all Transaction Histories received.
    • Transaction Histories Pending Receipt – (default) Only exchanges with pending Transaction Histories display.
    • All Transaction Histories Received – Only fully received exchanges without any pending Transaction Histories display.
  • Recipient – Only receipts received by the company or location specified return in the results table.
  • Keywords – Only shipments that include the keywords in the Delivery Number, Lot Number, PO Number, Shipment ID, Sender Name, Sender ID, Recipient Name, Recipient ID, Ship From Address, Ship To Address, Carrier SCAC, or Carrier Name fields display.
    • The Keywords field is case sensitive.
    • Use an asterisk (*) to expand single-word search results.
    • "AND" is implied between multiple keywords.
    • Use "OR" to include either of multiple keywords.

Results Table

Dispenser Owners can enable Receipts to be automatically assigned to a specific location. If this option is enabled, users only see receipts if:

  • The receipt is assigned to a location that the user has access to.
  • The receipt does not have an identifier that could be matched to a specific location when TraceLink processed it.
  • Shipment Date – Date the sender shipped the product.
  • Delivery Number – Number assigned to uniquely identify the shipment.
  • Sender ID – The identifier for the company that shipped the product.
  • Sender Name – The name of the company that shipped the product.
  • Recipient ID – The identifier for the company that received the product.
  • Recipient Name – The name of the company that received the product.
  • Ship To Location – The name and address of the location that physically received the product.
  • Item Quantity – Total number of items in the shipment. Includes all pharmaceutical products documented within TraceLink, as well as non-pharmacuetical products that TraceLink does not track.

Available Actions

If the Search Fields are not visible, select the blue arrow to the left of Search Criteria section.

  1. Enter a NDC in the type-ahead field, or select the menu button to see all NDCs.
  2. Select a Ship Date ON or Afterfrom the date picker.
  3. Select a Ship Date On or Beforefrom the date picker.
  4. Select a Status from the radio buttons.
  5. Enter any Keywords in the text field.
  6. Select the Search button.

    The results display in the table.

  • Select the Receive Products in Shipment link in the Actions column of the results table.

    The Receive Products in Shipment screen displays.
