Choose from one of the following enumerators:

Data Code	Description
00	Default: no authorization information present. TL: indicates that ServiceLinkId in GS segment.
03	Additional data identification. TL: indicates that ServiceLinkId in REF segment at HL shipment level WHERE REF01 = ME.
