Inventory Adjustments Errors (.xml)

The following errors may be encountered with the Inventory Adjustments message:

Data Element	Error Message	Description
Class 1 Errors
txn:FileTransactionType	Incorrect file transaction type. Expected: “INVENTORYADJUSTED"	The error occurs if FileTransactionType is not equal to “INVENTORYADJUSTED”.
txn:FileDate	File creation date is required !!!	The error occurs if the source is empty or null.
txn:FileTime	File creation time is required !!!	The error occurs if the source is empty or null.
txn:DateInventoryAdjusted	Date of adjustment in DateInventoryAdjusted is required !!!	The error occurs if the source is empty or null.
Class 2 Errors
AuthenticationId | authid	auth ID is required, must be a company admin for the PL <plid>.	The error occurs if a non-administrator of the link to the application attempts to make an inventory adjustment.
ProcessLinkId | plid	Process Link ID is required.	The error occurs if an adjustment is attempted without a specified application link.
Received From Company	Received from company is required for processing canonical inventory (ieid): < ie.id>.	The error occurs if the received from company is not specified in the inventory adjustment.
Class 3 Errors
The following is thrown for all Class 3 errors: “INTERNALERROR=Internal error from server [server details].” Please contact Support if this error is encountered.
