Configure Event Workflows

Overview

Administrative users set which events automatically generate European Union (EU) Compliance reports in Company Administration > Workflow Events. EU Compliance app users access and download these reports.

Workflow Configuration

  1. Hover over the User Menu in the upper right corner of any screen.
  2. Hover over Company Administration, and select Workflow.

    3. The Manage Workflow screen displays.

  3. Select the company location and app from the Event Source drop-down.
  4. Select the receiving company location and app from the Recipient System drop-down.
  5. Select the Search button.

    6. The available Events display in the results table below.

  6. Select a checkbox in the Resulting Action column for each Event to generate the correlating reports.
  7. Select the Save button.

    8. The "Workflow settings have been updated." confirmation displays.
