API Key How-Tos

Search API Keys

  1. Hover over Company Administration on the User Profile drop-down in the top right of any screen, and then select API Keys.
  2. Select the Company - Location associated with the API key from the drop-down.
  3. Select Search.

    The results display in the table.

  • To change the Status of an API key, select Enable or Disable in the Actions column.
  • To remove a disabled API key, select Remove in the Actions column, and then select Confirm in the dialog box.

Add a New API Key

  1. Hover over Company Administration on the User Profile drop-down in the top right of any screen, and then select API Keys.
  2. Select Add New API Key.
  3. Select the Company - Location associated with the API key from the drop-down.

    If the key's configuration is at the company-level, all data across that company is available for that key. If the key's configuration is at the location-level (i.e. a particular location within the company), only that location's data is accessible.

  4. Select Submit.

    The View API Keys screen displays, and TraceLink begins asynchronously processing the request.
