Users
Overview
Select the Users tab on the Create Role and Edit Role screen.
Assign a role to users, or remove users from an assigned role.
Users
The following fields appear for users already assigned to the role.
- User – The first and last name of a user.
- Email Address – The email address of the user assigned to this role.
- – The first and last name of a user.

Formatting the text file- The file format for a list of users is "user@domain, Add / Remove" (one row for each):
ldavies@tracelink.com, Addspowell@tracelink.com, Removesford@tracelink.com, Add
- If a row specifies Add for a user that is already assigned the role, TraceLink skips the line but continues processing other users.
- If a row specifies Remove for a user that is not assigned the role, TraceLink skips the line, but continues processing other users.
- The file format for a list of users is "user@domain, Add / Remove" (one row for each):
