Serial Number Exchange Settings
Overview
How to Navigate to this Screen
Hover over Application Settings on the drop-down in the top right of any screen, and then select Serial Number Exchange.
Why Use this Screen
Enable email notifications to receive updates about events that occur in the Serial Number Exchange app.
Serial Number Exchange notifications pertain to serial number transfers, end of batch events, and the creation of Documents of Serialization (DoS). Notifications can be set for activities related to the company's role as an Owner (Publisher), Partner (Subscriber), or both.
Getting Started
Access Permissions
Any user with access to a Serial Number Exchange app can use this screen.
Depending on the user's role within Serial Number Exchange (Owner vs. Partner), certain columns within the table might be disabled.Workflows
End of Batch Notifications
Only available if Documents of Serialization are enabled in Company Administration > Workflow. See the Company Administration Online Help for further details.
Document of Serialization (DoS) End of Batch Notifications
Only available if Documents of Serialization are enabled at End of Batch in Company Administration > Workflow. See the Company Administration Online Help for further details.
Document of Serialization (DoS) Shipment Trigger Notifications
Only available if Documents of Serialization are enabled at Sale or Transfer in Company Administration > Workflow. See the Company Administration Online Help for further details.
