Partner How-Tos
Trade partners in Company Administration must be either entries in the company's Partner Master Data or Members on the TraceLink Network. Companies and locations added to the Manage Partners screen can then become Linked Partners within one of the company's apps.
Search Partners

- Hover over Partners. on the User Profile drop-down in the top right of any screen, and then select
- Fill in one or more of the following search fields:
- – Filters the results table to display only Partner companies after the first 3 characters of the company's name are entered.
- – Filters the results table to display only Partner company locations after the first 3 characters of the company's location name are entered.
- – Filters the results table to display only Partners with a specific identifier.

- To set the identifiers of a Partner currently within they company's network, select Actions column. in the
- To edit a Partner company's properties, select Actions column for any row with an Entity Type of Company. in the
- To remove a Partner from the company's network, select the Delete
icon in the column, and then select in the dialog box.
Only trade partners that do not currently link to an app can be removed.
Add a Partner

Import and Export Partner Identifiers
