Manage ServiceLinks
Overview

Hover over ServiceLinks.
on the User Profile drop-down in the top right of any screen, and then select
Manage Links between the company and the company's configured locations, Partners, and Partner locations (e.g. resubmit a Link invitation, remove a Link).
The Company Administration ServiceLinks function manages Links for US Product Track and Multienterprise Process Connect only. Manage Links for other apps in Management.
When you select , it searches for the company on the network. If it does not find the company on the network, it creates a No Match Found.
Search Criteria

- – Only Links to the type of app selected return in the results table.
- All
- Linked – The Link is established between the Owner and the Partner.
- Not Linked - All – All Links that were unable to establish a relationship with a specific Partner.
- Not Linked - Multiple Matches – The Link failed because the Partner in the imported file matched more than one company or location.
- Not Linked - No Match Found – The Link failed because the Partner in the imported file did not match any company or location.
– Only Links with the status selected return in the results table. - – Only Links updated on or after the selected date return in the results table. Defaults to 7 days prior to the current GMT date.
- – Only Links updated on or before the selected date return in the results table. Defaults to the current GMT date.
- – Only Links for the Partner selected return in the results table. The identifiers populate from Company and Partner Master Data.
- – Filters the results to Links that contain the entered in the , , , , , , or fields.
Results Table

- Service Type – The type of app through which the Link establishes a business relationship with a Partner.
- ServiceLink Status – The status of the Link.
- Linked – The Link is established between the Owner and the Partner.
- Multiple Matches – The Link failed because the Partner in the imported file matched more than one company or location.
- No Match Found – The Link failed because the Partner in the imported file did not match any company or location.
- Uploaded ID – The Partner identifier uploaded by the user's company that the TraceLink Network uses to establish a Link.
- Uploaded Company – The name and address of the Partner company, populated from Partner Master Data.
- Uploaded Service Admin – The email address of the initial Manager added when the user's company uploaded the Link information.
- Subscribing Entity – The name and address of the specific company or location that links to the app through the Link.
- Last Updated – Date that a user last updated the Link, as well as the name and company of the user.
