Create Data Extract
Overview

Select Download Info Exchange Data screen.
on the
Create a file with information about the Info Exchanges messages that occurred or were updated during a certain time-period. Optionally, information can be narrowed by ProcessLink or application, input file name, message processing status, message type, or Trade Partner.
Download files on the Download Info Exchange Data screen.
Report Parameters

This date cannot be more than 14 days prior to the date.
– The extracted file includes messages updated on or after this date. Defaults to two days prior to the current GMT date. - – The extracted file includes messages updated on or before this date. Defaults to the current GMT date.

- – The extracted file includes messages from the ProcessLink or app selected.
- – The extracted file includes messages with an input file name that matches all or part of the value entered.
- All
- Submitted – Only submitted statuses.
- Failed - All – All available failed statuses (i.e. all of the below failed options).
- Success - All – All available success statuses (i.e. all of the below success options).
