Data Code	Description
ASN	Shipment Notification Number.
BOL	Bill of Lading Number. A carrier-issued document that serves as a shipment receipt once the product is delivered to the predetermined destination.
CERTIFICATECONFORMITY	Certificate of conformity. Only valid for Country Clearance (XML).
CIVILCIRCULATION	Number of permission from a government agency for introduction of medicine into circulation used for immunobiological medicine only. Only valid for Product Release (XML) and Market Release (XML) messages.
DECLARATIONCONFORMITY	Declaration of conformity. Only valid for Country Clearance (XML).
DESTRUCTION	Destruction Document Number.
INVOICE	Invoice Number.
IMPORTPERMIT	Shipping Import Permit, for importing foreign manufactured products.
NOTAFISCALELETRONICA	Nota fiscal eletronica (used in Brazil, populated with nota fiscal document number and series code in format: 987654321.99999999).
OTHER	A document type that outside of existing descriptions/data codes.
PACKSLIP	Packing Slip Number.
PO	Purchase Order Number.
RETURN	Return Authorization Number.
SALESORDER	Sales Order Number.
SALESPERMIT	Local Sales Permit, for domestic manufacturing or sale.
STATECONFIRMATION	Number of document confirming the medicine compliance with state registration requirements. Only valid for Product Release (XML) and Market Release (XML) messages.
TRANSFER	Transfer Order Number.
