Supplier Issue Tracking How-Tos
Follow Specific Supplier Issues
- Hover over Application Settings on the drop-down in the top right of any screen, and then select Supplier Issue Tracking.
- Select
Add Another Supplier in the Suppliers table header. - Select a to follow from the drop-down in the first column.
Partners can select only themselves. - Select in the second column.

The Supplier Issue Tracking settings are now saved.
To receive email notifications about supplier issues, select the desired in the Email Notifications table at the top.
- Select Delete in the Actions column to remove a Supplier.
Follow Specific Site Issues
- Hover over Application Settings on the drop-down in the top right of any screen, and then select Supplier Issue Tracking.
- Select
Add Another Site in the Sites table header. - Select a to follow in the first column.
Partners can select only themselves. - Select in the second column.
- Select checkbox to become the contact for the Site.
This option overrides any existing Site Contact settings. - Select .
The Supplier Issue Tracking settings are now saved.
To receive email notifications about site issues, enable the desired in the Email Notifications table at the top.
- Select Delete in the Actions column to remove a Site.
