Change Management How-Tos

Follow Specific Supplier Changes

  1. Hover over Application Settings on the User Profile drop-down in the top right of any screen, and then select Change Management.
  2. Select Add Supplier in the Suppliers table header.

  3. Select a Supplier to follow in the first column. The supplier must be linked to the application.

  4. Select Save Changes.

    The Change Management settings are now saved.

  • Select Delete in the Actions column to remove a Supplier.

Follow Specific Site Changes

  1. Hover over Application Settings on the User Profile drop-down in the top right of any screen, and then select Change Management.
  2. Select Add Site in the Sites table header.
  3. Select the site to follow from the Site Name drop-down. If a site is missing from the menu, the Manager can configure the site in Management > Sites Manager.

  4. Select Save Changes.

    The Change Management settings are now saved.

  • Select Delete in the Actions column to remove a Site.

Follow Specific Material Category Changes

  1. Hover over Application Settings on the User Profile drop-down in the top right of any screen, and then select Change Management.
  2. Select Add Material Category in the Material Categories table.
  3. Select a Material Category to follow in the first column. If a material category is missing from the menu, the Manager can configure the material in Management > Applications > Data List Values.
  4. Select Save Changes.

    The Change Management settings are now saved.

  • Select Delete in the Actions column to remove a Material Category.
