Link Invitations

Overview

Hover over Application Settings on the User Profile drop-down in the top right of any screen, and then select Link Invitations.

View open Link invitations sent by Managers at Owner and Partner companies on the TraceLink network.

Getting Started

Any TraceLink Member has access to this screen.

App Owners send invitations within a specific app to establish Links with Members on the TraceLink Network. A Member establishes the Link by accepting the invitation, and the Member's company (or the individual, if the Member does not belong to a company) becomes a Partner in that app.

If the invitation establishes a new Link with the Partner, then the user becomes the Partner company's Manager for this Link. If the Link already exists between the Owner and the user's company, the user gains access to the Link (and the corresponding app) as part of the Partner company.

Link Invitations

  • From – The Manager who sent the Link invitation.
  • Company – The company that the sender of the invitation works for.
  • Subject – The Owner's description of the app.
  • Date – The date that the invitation sent.

  • Hover over the Subject link in the second column, and then select Invitation to Subscribe or Invitation to Join.
